I have to make a social media platform for a corporation and its players, but due to secrecy, I must do it myself.

I have two options — Python and Javascript.

What should I learn knowing I have no past experience?

I heard Python would be a better fit for integrations of third-party apps in the social media platform, but I also heard JVscript was easier to learn for people with no coding experience.
