I never got curated and I even wrote a blog post on not writing for curation.

I never wanted to get curated, I enjoy a bigger success than most without getting curated and I never expect to be curated - I simply ignore it.

If I was expecting and trying to be curated, I figure I'd probably have quit out of despair and waste all the income I'm getting now simply because I couldn't get curated so I would think I'd never make it.

So my advice to complement this is stop being obsessed by curation, I saw many writers lose themselves to this obsession - and learn that in Medium readers judge you, not the platform.
