I came to chime in regarding the charging of the device with a USB port of the laptop and computer.

I found that with a current measurer (I don’t know the correct name in English but it must be something along these lines) the current does fluctuate by 2 or 3 decimals up and down.

Whether that’s enough to actually make a difference, I don’t know…
